Recruitment and Placement Process

Recruitment and Placement Process

Our recruitment and selection service aims to identify the most suitable job opportunities for candidates based on their skills, experience, and career goals — and to ensure a smooth placement process that aligns talent with opportunity.

The accurate and effective evaluation of job applications is extremely important for both job seekers and employers. At Chronos Consulting Turkey, we conduct a transparent, objective, and meticulous assessment process throughout every stage of recruitment.

1. Review of Application Documents

Once we receive your application, we first carefully review your documents — such as your CV and cover letter — to evaluate your suitability for the position applied for.

CV Evaluation:

The candidate’s previous work experience, education, certifications, skills, and career objectives are reviewed. The information in the CV is analyzed in relation to how well it matches the requirements of the position.

Cover Letter:

We assess whether the candidate clearly expresses their interest in the role, potential contributions to the company, and alignment with their long-term career goals.

2. Competency and Experience Assessment

Based on the required competencies and experience for the position, the candidate’s skills and expertise are evaluated in detail. At this stage, the following aspects are considered:

Fit with Position Requirements:

How well do the candidate’s skills and experiences align with the job requirements? Does the candidate possess the necessary technical knowledge and experience?

Industry Experience:

The candidate’s background and knowledge within the relevant sector are reviewed.

Core Competencies:

Problem-solving, communication, leadership, teamwork, and other general competencies are also taken into account.

3. Talent Tests and Assessment Center

In some cases, more detailed evaluations are conducted through aptitude or assessment center exercises, particularly for technical or leadership roles. These help us gain a deeper understanding of the candidate’s capabilities.

Aptitude Tests:

May include technical knowledge assessments or personality tests to measure potential and suitability.

Assessment Center:

Candidates may be evaluated through scenarios that test teamwork, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

4. Interview Stage

The interview is a critical part of the recruitment process. It allows us not only to assess the candidate’s competencies but also to understand their potential fit with the company culture.

5. Reference Check and Final Evaluation

For candidates who perform well throughout the selection process, the final step includes reference checks from previous employers. This step provides valuable insights into the candidate’s work history, professional behavior, and performance.

Final Evaluation:

All gathered data is consolidated to determine whether the candidate is the most suitable person for the position.

6. Offer and Placement

At the end of the evaluation process, the most suitable candidate is selected and presented with an offer. Once the offer is accepted, the placement process is initiated, marking the beginning of a successful collaboration between the candidate and the employer.
