| Job Description | Preparation of procurement tenders including invitations, scope of work documents, instructions to vendors; managing in-house preparatory works.
Participation in negotiations with suppliers and other stakeholders in the procurement process.
Work closely with the legal department in drafting procurement contracts and related documentation, including procurement related agreements HQ and subsidiaries
Contract follow-up and management.
Participation in elaboration of the strategic procurement plan
Coordination of procurement activities and procurement planning and reporting process.

| Skill Required | • University or college degree in Economics or Law
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in energy sector.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project.
• Fluent English.
