| Job Description | Rendering advice on all technical issues during the permitting process towards respective authorities and other stakeholders.
Reviewing and approving of all technical documents provided by contractors
Administer day to day business with contractors.
Cost control and follow up during design and construction phase

| Skill Required | University degree (mechanical/civil engineering)
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in infrastructure projects.
International experience is preferable.
Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project.
Fluent English.
B category driving license
