| Job Description | Coordinate and supervise the teams of local engineers in the fields of route engineering, land acquisition and in the evaluation of the constructability of pipeline route in order to provide the relevant construction permit.
Develop and implement related procedures of ROW / LA coordination

| Skill Required | University or college degree in relevant area
Knowledge in surveying / geoinformatics, geography, mapping, geology, environment or civil engineering as well as authority engineering
Minimum of 5-8 years relevant design in the above mentioned fields, especially in desktop and on site engineering of linear infrastructure is necessary. The role requires sound routing and land acquisition skills. The ability to identify problems and deliver solutions through effective communication and ROW / LA skills is the pivotal attribute.
Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project. Knowledge of Autocad or Autodesk Map, experiences in ArcView/ ArcGIS and/or other GIS systems are advantageous.
Fluent English.
