| Job Description | Rendering advice on all key technical issues.
Reviewing and approving of all technical documents provided by contractors Administer day to day business with contractors.
Cost control and follow up during design and construction phase.

| Skill Required | University or college degree (mechanical/civil engineering)
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in infrastructure projects.
International project experience is a must.
Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, mapping and/or CAD skills.
Fluent English.
