We are looking for a multitude of engineering, technical, financial and legal experts with energy-related engineering and construction background.
Job Description Drafting project finance documentations.  Drafting O&M, construction and procurement agreements.  Drafting a variety of commercial agreements in connection with the implementation of the project.  Preparing due diligence information on the project.  Drafting project finance related project agreements, including gas transportation agreements, connection and interconnection agreements.  Advising on environmental and energy regulatory matters.  Preparing corporate and shareholder documentations.  Assisting in the implementation of compliance programmes.
Skill Required Law degree, qualification from a common law jurisdiction is preferred  Proven experience in advising on and drafting project finance documentation (including in relation to IFIs, ECAs and commercial lenders)  Track record of substantial involvement in several infrastructure projects, preferably in CEE  Experience in finance related O&M, procurement, EPC and construction matters and contracts  Experience in drafting commercial agreements (under English law, or in a style typically adopted in international commercial transactions)  Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project.  Fluent English
