We are looking for a multitude of engineering, technical, financial and legal experts with energy-related engineering and construction background.
Job DescriptionResponsbilities:  Manage all internal tax-related issues also covering the subsidiaries in CEE.  Cover the tax interfaces between the finance department, other relevant departments.  Support the development of the project finance in actively implementing tax aspects in financing and modelling considerations.  Support the development of the tax-driven corporate structure and the contractual relations between HQ and subsidiaries.  Supported by external tax advisor, develop and implement a strategy to optimize the international tax structure.  Structure the contents of transfer pricing and other important tax agreements in discussions with tax authorities
Skill Required Law or business degree.  Professional tax education as certified tax consultant an advantage.  3 - 5 years professional experience in tax consultancy in an international environment  Experience in CEE energy sector and project finance  Advanced MS Office skills (in particular MS Excel)  Excellent English language skills, German language skills an advantage
