Job Description Sales Responsibility for Central Eastern Europe and Central Western Europe.  Responsibility for initiating, developing and managing sales and business activity in the territory.  Managing complex sales processes on projects level, which are conducted directly with telecom companies and infrastructure companies.  Visiting potential customers to demonstrate products and obtain new business.  Working to achieve and excel sales targets, driving the success of the role and the company forward.  Conducting continuous negotiation processes with large business.  Building strong and good relations with customers through mutual interests.  Identifying and developing new sales opportunities in the market.
Skill Required Experience of 5-10 years in the relevant territories, should have done: Project/equipment sales and/or Networking equipment sales and/or Wi-Max sales  Background in sales to telephony/ infrastructure/ organizations – Mandatory.  A driven individual with the ability and desire, to sell.  A confident and determined approach, with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.  Mother tongue level of English - ability to conduct negotiations as well as verbal and written fluency, another language is a plus.  Technological background – mandatory.  Excellent communication skills.
