| Job Description | To provide high-level pre/post–sale technical support to our client’s customers and partners including training and assisting local partners, performing professional services, installations, troubleshooting, and participating in the company’s worldwide support.
Acquiring an in-depth technical knowledge of various networking products and company products (software, hardware, functionality and troubleshooting)
The Sales Engineer must be based in Europe and will travel to the following countries in the ME: Bahrain, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Jordan and Saudi Arabia.

| Skill Required | • Linux proficiency.
• Technical background and experience in networking LAN/WAN products and environments (routers, switches, TCP/IP, FWs, network management systems, remote accesses devices, etc.).
• Experience in customer service.
• Extensive travel requirements (may include weekends).
• Motivated self-learner through hands on experience .
• Ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
• Selling and presentation skills - an advantage.
• Answering RFI/RFP– an advantage.
• Ability to document technical information.
• Excellent human relations, service orientated.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects.
• Excellent English and writing skills.
• Graduate of Computer Science/Engineering – an advantage.
• Previous experience working for tier 1 or tier 2 ISP’s/Data Center is an advantage.
