| Job Description | Full relocation will be provided by the company.
Duration: At least 2 years, full time.
• Coordinate well program operations with Drilling Contractors and Third Parties to ensure compliance with work programs, project procedures and contract requirements.
• Update log book regularly. Ensure adequate handover to his relief.
• Prepare 24 hour plan ahead document with Drilling Supervisors.
• Issue Standing Instructions to Drillers for each tour.
• Ensure material requests are issued in a timely manner to avoid disruption of operation.
• Update forecast and plans activity (7 day planner) to anticipate resource requirements to meet well demands and provide optimum efficiency of services.
• Attend daily planning meeting with Drilling Supervisors and the Drilling Contractors Rig Superintendents.
• Prepare standard equipment lists in a timely manner for each phase of the well.
• Organize pre-job meeting (Operations and safety).

| Skill Required | • A university degree in Engineering.
• Should have a minimum of 8 years experience in Well Construction activities, either as a Well Engineer or as an Wellsite Supervisor.
• Has experience with Well Testing, Workover and Completion.
• Excellent written and verbal English skill.
